History

1956 Founded in the city Constance by the Swiss company, SGO (inventor of fruit preparations)
1973 Cooperation with the SIAS MPA Group in Paris, part of Pernod Ricard Holdings
2002 Take over by Atys Group up to 60% (40% share held by SGO)
2004 Return to 100% ownership by the original Swiss founding shareholders
2005  100% owned by AGRANA Fruit since the 16th of December
